Dr. Sheel Pathak MD, was recently promoted to the rank of Associate Professor in the Department of Neurology. This is a major milestone in the career of a clinical faculty member at Washington University, signifying excellence in patient care, resident and student education. Dr. Pathak provides general neurologic care for patients with a variety of neurologic conditions, including NF1. In addition, Dr. Pathak is involved in comprehensive autism assessments through the Washington University Autism Clinical Center and also has experience in using botulinum toxin to treat muscle spasticity in children with cerebral palsy and related conditions at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and St. Louis Children’s Specialty Care Center in West County.
