Kelly Hartigan, an undergraduate student at Washington University, presented her summer research project at the Pediatric Student Research Program (PSRP) Symposium on Friday July 26, 2019. Kelly worked with MSTP student, Michelle Wegscheid, in the laboratory of Dr. David Gutmann. She shared her exciting findings using NF1 patient induced pluripotent stem cells to study human brain development.
Kelly was the recipient of fellowship funding from the PSRP, and plans to continue her research this fall in the Gutmann laboratory.
