Clinical Interests

Developmental trajectory for children with Neurofibromatosis, Type 1.

As the primary physical therapist in the NF clinic, Courtney screens children with NF1 to identify motor skill and developmental delays as early as possible, allowing for prompt treatment. Additionally, Courtney provides outpatient therapy, school-based services and community-based services for children with NF1.

Background

Courtney M. Dunn, PT, DPT graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy in 1995 and completed a doctorate of physical therapy with a pediatric emphasis in 2010. As the primary physical therapist in the NF clinic, she screens children with NF1 to identify motor skill and developmental delays as early as possible, allowing for prompt treatment. Additionally, Courtney provides outpatient therapy, school-based services and community-based services for children with NF1.
