We also require that patient records, relevant radiologic studies, and consultation reports be sent to us by FAX prior to the appointment.

Out-of-Town Patients

Patients in the continental United States can be directed to the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Family & Guest Services for assistance with lodging. For questions on directions or visitor information, patients should visit the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Online Visitors’ Guide or contact their Guest Services at (314) 454-2615.

International Referrals

Physicians from outside the United States may refer patients by faxing a completed Patient Referral form to 1-314-454-2523. We will contact you for further medical information and records. English is preferred, but you may email in your own language.

We are always interested in extending treatment to overseas patients. We ask patients to coordinate their requests for second opinions or treatment through their personal physician or sponsoring organization. Before any expense is incurred, a thorough review of records is necessary to determine if we can help the patient.
